I had a very good experience with Xcellence Car Hire after my recent accident. The whole claim process was dealt with in a professional and straightforward way. I would especially like to thank my case handler, Asim Fayyaz, who was excellent throughout. He kept me informed, explained everything clearly. The hire car they provided was also very good, clean and well maintained. Overall, I am very impressed with the service and would definitely recommend Xcellence Car Hire to anyone who needs help with an accident claim.
I had these gentlemen dealing with the claims management of my insurance claim, they were supoused to pay out £17.500, yet for some reason they have only paid out £13800. Upon chasing this with my insurance i was told this was with them, and upon chasing these lovely people i was ignored. Steer clear and know, retribution is coming.
