Just wanted to let everyone know to stay away from Xact homes Solihull if possible. Extremely unreliable and uneithical/unprofessional company. Got house offer accepted in July above asking price. Got survey which showed some cracking so sorted a structural survey. Paid almost over a £1000 for them. Just when the contracts were about to be signed.
