I have the property with The Exchange from day one. Team is professional and take care on each of my phone calls or email; with raising issue some times. Personally Andrew and Julia whom I call directly at all time, they got me a new tenants on a short time, I hope on a continuing and professional relationship for years to come. Convenient location
Gym in lobby open late !
I lived there for 6 mths & it was so convenient for The Quays & the city centre. Walking around the Quays, going out for dinner, taking boat rides & going to the theatre was right on my doorstep. The other residents were all really friendly, there was no noise disturbance & the security staff were lovely. There was an issue with the lift not working for a short period & not being able to open the windows was unusual but these things did not dampen my experience. I would recommend living there.
