Booked me in for a Tuesday but sent an email confirmation for a Wednesday, I went all the Way from Leeds just to realise that they've messed up and can't show me any apartments, whenever I call them on their landline nobody picks up, I've complained a bunch of times but still to no avail.
Contract breached on Day 1. There was loads of rubbish from the previous tenancy thrown away in the storage room behind the washing machine. Floor was sticky, sock under the bed, most furniture basically falling apart. No water reading provided, no manuals for the electronics. I give them credit for cleaning it up within 3 hours after telling them. The cleaner was amazing (think his name is Richie). The customer service staff in the office seem very nice too. Moved into the property 2 weeks ago. Apartment is filthy with multiple appliances broken and unusable. Nothing is being done with no indication of fixing anything. Previous tenant moved out 9 months ago - there was rotten food debris in the fridge left there for all this time and food splashed up the walls next to the hob!! Our sofa has a hand sized hole in it which they have stated they won’t be replacing as it is a “cosmetic issue”. We cannot use this sofa! Fridge and freezer both have sharp shattered drawers.
