They are very bad at responding to the e-mails. Having the worst experience so far, they are very keen on testing our patience, and they call themselves a "renowned" letting agency. Even if we call, we get responses so different from each of their representatives, which is of no use. I request people to think twice before they reach out to them for accommodation.
