Wonderful hotel. The suite we got is great. It is perfect for my handicap husband. Edgar at the front desk delivers first class customer service, believe me....I gave him a light hearted hard time and he gave as good as he got.
I have never experienced such amazing treatment in all my life. The service here is impeccable from the front desk to the bell hops to the maids to the shuttle service. We have been treated with such respect and compassion. I will definitely stay here next trip. Special kudos to Jeff, Barry, Gregory, DJ, Ahmed and Jesse.
Charges high parking fees in their own lot even for registered guests. Thin walls...can hear normal conversations in the next room. Won't be back.
Our stay was very nice, the room was very clean and it was quiet. The staff was very pleasant.
Very nice place to stay. The room was very clean, quiet air conditioning, nice kitchenette setup. My only negative comment is that I had a room with an adjoining door and could hear the people next to me when they had conversations.
