The room is dirty, they really should clean better and dust the vents are full of dust!
Horrible! Dirty, mold smelling loud AC Worst Did not care when my MEDICATION WAS STOLEN FROM CAR. Thankful for the very good Police who caught the Man, but Management didn't care!

The temp in the room is either hot or cold there is no between, for us anyways.
arrived today for procedures at MDAnderson tomorrow. was told at check in "oh by the way the water will be turned off at 8pm and wont be back in until 5am". WHAT???? "you can still use the restroom you just wont have running water." its 1105pm and NO WATER AT ALL. we are not here on vacation! we need a working restroom!
