I had a junior suite. Very large living room and extremely comfortable beds. I took advantage of the kitchen and made gumbo in the huge soup pot provided. My kids needed a toaster and housekeeping quickly brought one up to our room.
For the price you pay I expected much better. One of the queen beds was so very uncomfortable. When we walked in the room my husband even said "WOW look at that big slumped mattress". Had no regular cofffee and no extra toilet paper.
Still waiting for a response from Wyndham Corporate for the horrible customer service I received from the manager, Zach, at this property. So far, my travel agent or myself have yet to receive a response to a very unprofessional issue. It's too bad that one person can mess it up for a nice property when they forget good Customer Service still matters and so does word of mouth. Very nice hotel! Only downside, I could hear the person next door snoring loudly. Thin walls. Nice staff. Bed was super comfy. Loved the shower. Would stay again with ear plugs. And hated paying for parking. We already pay for the stay.
Staff is very courteous and goes out of the way to accommodate your needs. My room was very clean, very comfortable! I will definitely stay here again!
