RecommendedI was very pleased with the staff. everyone was friendly & courteous. The rooms are nice also. The restaurant does not have complementary breakfast. That was disappointing. We did not have the time to eat at their restaurant.

If you ever have to stay in Houston you need to stay at the Wyndham and be sure to stop by and see Maria Ortiz in the Restaurant area of the hotel. Over the last 16 years at MCR Safety Ive traveled all over the US and stayed in hundreds of hotels. Never I have met someone so genuinely nice day after day. She is the perfect example of what customer service is and should be for every company. I wish I could bring her back to Memphis and work for me. Maria Ortiz you are a rock star!!

Initially when I talked to corporate I wanted a free room be not only the disgusting conditions but MY CARWAS STOLEN AT GUNPOINT IN THE FRONT DRIVE AS I WAS UNLOADING TOOLS HE CRSHED A MILE DOWN the road and I was out of work for 9 days,also our company pays for most cost of our rooms and just a perk of working for energy The managers boyfriend admitted knowing him be it was/is her boyfriend she is still employed lady told me to prove it at corporate not only am I filing another police report ,will be looking into all the va... read more
Older very well maintained place to stay. Very clean. Staff courteous and friendly. Also very informative on facilities in the area. Very accommodating.
