I stayed here on April 21st and during the night,someone broke out several car windows and mine was one of them. last night they stole my 2018 GMC Denali. 11-10-20. Not sure why the charge $15 for parking.

My bathroom trash had someone's used feminine product in it, the sink and tub was dirty, small room and no microwave. When I asked for the trash to be emptied and the tub to be cleaned, the housekeeper came and emptied the trash but said the tub was already clean. I have pics; it was not. I will never stay here again.

clean, up to date style room, double bed. very nice size of bath. within walking distance to Women BAYLOR Hospital..Thank you.
Keep your money in your pocket!!! Had appt. for cancer treatments @ M.D. Anderson. Made reservations; $148.50 appt. was changed before we got there. Called the hotel to cancel. Could not get a refund! The next day the hotel pulled an additional $148.50 out of my bank account. We had to file a claim with my banking institution to get the second payment back. The hotel kept the first payment. Find you another hotel!
