Started bad and we think downhill. Sat at the airport for an hour after the desk clerk forgot to tell the shuttle driver I called. A somewhat remote location, but the restaurant and lounge were closed during my entire three day stay. Not under renovation. Not being remodeled. Just closed for no good reason. The towels provided had stains on them, but did match the carpet stains. In summary, DON'T DO IT.

We have a flight at 6 AM and got to the hotel at 9:30 PM and our room was still not ready!? We're just sitting in the lobby hoping to sleep soon. Very rude front desk, did not offer help or any reason and gave attitude when we asked any questions.

Traveling from Cleveland and flying out of Pittsburgh to Bahamas. This hotel was highly recommended. The pool was not open, the rooms were incorrect - asked for 2 Queens and a rollout, got Kings with a rollout. Changed rooms and staff could not figure out how to close rollout beds to move to our new rooms. Bar closes early @ 9:00pm, that includes the restaurant. Bar not fully stocked, 3 employees working, 1 with liquor on his breath. Overcharged us on the rooms but did make the correction after bringing it to their aytention... read more

Stayed here for 1 night. I live in the country, in a single family home, not used to hearing the doors up and down the hall opening and closing all night or the loud traffic. It sounded as if the windows were open. My trash can in the bathroom had a couple pieces of trash on it but aside from the noise everything else was fine. Internet was very slow.
