This was the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. My first room had a absolutely no bed! The bathroom had a dirty mop along with a dirty PAD lying on the floor! My second room had toenails on the floor and hanging in a cobweb...our heat didnt work and the toilet had old pee all over the back of the toilet.

1st room hadn't been cleaned. Poor quality lounge and restaurant. Excellent front desk associate.

be very careful working here, the GM Shak shorts pay of people if staying g here they don't keep the place up to code and the pool is never opened even tho advertisement says it is

This was the worst hotel experience I have ever had! My first room was not cleaned. I was moved to another room and it had trash with a woman’s used feminine product. I was told at the end of my stay that they didn’t have any housekeeping services for the weekend. This hotel is garbage and filthy!
