My room was fine. Nothing special but clean and comfortable. I had to get to the airport for a 6am flight. I scheduled a shuttle for 4am. I was at the front desk before 4 and saw a sign saying the desk clerk would be back soon. After 30 minutes I called the desk where I was standing in hopes of waking someone or whatever. I also used the WiFi to download the Uber app as a backup. Thankfully, someone appeared and too me right to the airport. I made it to my gate with 19 minutes to spare.

This hotel was very unsatisfactory. The bathroom sinks were unsanitary and kept backing up. They were clogged our entire stay and multiplied attempts to fix the situation were ignored. Management failed to address the situation in a timely fashion and this led to several days of phone tag and a failed promise to return our phone call. Videos to follow.

People at the desk were very nice and helpful. Beautiful inside. The best bed I’ve slept on in a hotel. I like how it wasn’t right in Pittsburgh, very secluded and quiet. Restaurant and bar inside bartender was very nice. Very satisfied with my stay.

The only good thing that I can say about this place is the bartender was very nice, helpful & friendly! We gotdrinks inthe bar & ordered food! The lady who cooked it is a Manager! We ordered a steak! I would only ever go there for drinks & to eat! We will never again stay at that hotel!

A place to lay your head. Switched out of first room assigned as it had toe nail clippings on the floor, sticky residue on bedside table and black mold on the wall and curtains. 2nd room assigned just ok. Meh. This place shows it's age and is in desperate need of upgrades. Not worth the $$ for the room, however the drinks and food in the restaurant were spot on.

I didn't even get to stay there I tried to book my reservation online but it wasn't working cause I had a discover card and the website wasn't taking it so I tried to get the same price asked for a manager. Well it sent me to voicemail and when they called back I left my phone in the car. So I called back and a guy need William was claiming he was a supervisor. Intrupretted me when I was trying to explain and just overall a bad customer service. Telling me without saying I am a lair when I said it was a man on my voicemail. ... read more
