As first time buyers, we couldn't have asked for a better experience than the one we received from Moira and Dawn. From our initial quote until completion they were responsive, approachable and efficient. We had been recommended to use Moira as our solicitor from friends, and I can see why! As a first time buyer we had a lot of questions (sometimes silly ones) and they were all answered clearly and quickly, which made what I can imagine could be a frustratingly long-winded process, very pain free.
