Quick to get an appointment and v pleasant service. And not part of a giant organisation
Absolutely amazing vets and team, I have taken all my dogs there, some with very serious/complicated health issues, they have received amazing treatment, compassion and care, I recommend them to all my friends and family who have now changed to them, it's a 1.5hr trip each way for me but totally worth it for such honest, friendly, trustworthy pet centered care, Chris is very compassionate, honest and caring when treating my pets as are all the team, I can't thank them all enough for everything they do to help my pets ☺️
As many other reviews have mentioned, I would avoid Wye Valley Vets at all costs. (The vet in question was Chris. There are numerous negative reviews about him.) They have shown a complete lack of care for our dog. The only thing they seemed to care about was money. Full information below: Our dog was taken to Wye Valley Vets after swallowing a chew treat that became stuck in his oesophagus.
