I have just exchanged vehicles at this dealership and I can say that the positive reviews are absolutely justified. It was a totally hassle-free experience from start to finish. Excellent, honest and straightforward service. The salesman I dealt with, Ash, was very helpful and efficient. I would thoroughly recommend this business.
I contacted Wycliffe Suzuki last Sunday about a car I had seen on Autotrader and spoke to Ash who although not in the branch, and on a day off, couldn't have been more helpful. He provided me with lots of useful information and took my details and called me back and corresponded over this week with me answering several questions. Went in to ask questions about various models Ash was incredibly helpful informative and patient. When I came to collect my new car he made sure I was comfortable and that it was all set up ready for me he was great! Couldn’t recommend Ash more thank you!
