Really disappointing experience when purchasing our 4 bed house. NOT the company they used to be - please consider this when looking at other options. They will tell you how Wyatt are a cut above the rest and do things properly, they do not anymore. I've been in a number of Wyatt homes over the last 15 years and some of those look as good 10 years later as they do the day they were bought - not the case anymore.
