DO NOT USE a total scam, sent the wrong item worth a few hundred pounds and refused to send the correct item stating it was our fault. We are now out of pocket, staff were rude on the phones. Save yourself.

They are not serious. I have bought a chandelier per Ebay last year, till now I don't receive the chandelier, I didn't receive my money back, they don't answer my Emails.
very bad experience with this seller ,wanted to cancel my order and they won't do it until it arrives and then you can return ,makes it so difficult and trouble for the customer ,,never gonna order something from this website, customer service not helpful at all
