Absolutely shocking company and if I could leave zero stars i would. This company has made me scared to ever purchase anything from DFS ever again. I purchased furniture from DFS and originally told the delivery was to be handled by the Sofa delivery company however after payment I had another email to advise the delivery is now with WS. Whoever works in the office, needs to be fired. The way I was spoken to on the phone about my order was ridiculous. Called me last minute to say my order will not be delivered today. No customer service at all .

Messed me about several times with delivery dates, awful to deal with rude staff members. Rude delivery drivers. Put me off from ordering with DFS Charged me £129 for this awful service

Positives: Great fleet of vehicles and trailers. Good uniform, offices and branding. Negatives: High turnover of staff, trigger happy from the top, cameras watching you work which is a bit creepy
