After ordering our sofa with Nick scali we had to pay £125 to get these people to deliver it. We accepted the delivery to be seamless after paying so much, but unfortunately they were a nightmare. They picked up the wrong sofa from the warehouse so after waiting 3 months and getting rid of our old one we were left with no sofa. Oh, how disappointing to read recent reviews, and I will add to them, even though I'm awaiting delivery of my sofa from fabb furniture. Was contacted twice within a few days for payment of the delivery fee, so I paid it as soon as I was able, then silence! My wife called fabb, twice, and on the second time we were promised contact by the end of the week, which according to the customer service agent this can include Monday as WS Transportation have a different calendar to everyone else. I've just passed a WS Transportation van being unloaded in a residential street. I've never seen such atrocious mishandling of goods! The driver appeared to be on his own and attempting to deliver multiple very large, very heavy boxes, all marked 'Fragile, handle with care'. The one on the tailgate was upside down relative to the 'this way up' marking. Now, that's bad enough, but the driver was actually rolling the boxes across the road in bone-jarring 90-degree increments. Heave! Crash! Heave! Crash! Shockingly bad.
