I am writing this to warn other businesses about this company. They currently owe us a lot of money for shipping costs which they refuse to pay, despite receiving perfect service. We handled three separate shipments for them to Hong Kong, Canada, and the USA. Every single shipment was delivered on time, safely, and without any damage or delays. I purchased the Lily bedframe, double size in cream, and I am absolutely delighted. It is excellent quality, and very beautiful to look at. I purchased via John Lewis, and found it very helpful being able to view it beforehand in the showroom. The company came to install and place in my bedroom, and did this efficiently and with ease. There is sufficient space underneath for storage, which is very useful. I highly recommend this company and bedframe.

Firstly, we bought 3 beds directly from the company who also sell through JLP. Our order was made early January in preparation for a house move in March. We settled on a date with one of the proprietors but then when it got closer he said it needed to be put back as they didn’t have delivery slots. A few days before delivery we were informed that the Bronte nickel bed we ordered was damaged and a temporary replacement would be sent.
