I went to see Esther today, thank goodness I did! I’ve been uncomfortable for a long time and she has already helped with major issues whilst also being incredibly welcoming towards me and my 5 month old baby tag along. Looking forward to the next appointment after already feeling better.
I’ve been seeing Esther for osteopathy and Braam for deep tissue massage after struggling with lower back pain, tight glutes, and feeling generally stiff. I used to wake up every morning with niggles and pain, but between the two of them, I feel so much better, no more waking up sore! They were both incredibly thorough and really took the time to understand what was going on. I can honestly say I feel looser, more mobile, and properly cared for. Highly recommend them both!

Esther was amazing with my son who was suffering from birth trauma and also colic and poor bowel movement. We spent a few months with weekly appointments and saw a difference in our son very quickly. Esther was so lovely, welcoming and supportive, even on days of me crying thinking this was all because of me. I cannot recommend Esther enough. Thank you for everything x
I went to see Esther with a chronic pain in one side of neck head and face that was increasingly intruding on my life. Esther worked very gently with me in ways that have really made huge difference. I am pretty much free of the pain now, I have become more aware of when the tension arises and of my own internal physical experience as a result of that quiet patient work.
