Contacted dealer on 6-30, filled out financial application online on 7-3 and was told by sales person i would be contacted by someone in finance department. That never happened. Sales person contacted me a few times but when i emailed them and also left a voicemail on 7-16 asking about the status of my application i never received a reply. I also emailed the GM on 7-25 to inquire about the status of my application with no response from them either. HORRIBLE customer service. The dealers were very friendly and not overly intrusive. A little slow with the paperwork, possibly because of the end of month. Would buy another vehicle from them!
We unfortunately did not go with this dealer/vehicle, we ended up staying closer to home. But they were great getting back to us and very helpful with any questions we had. I would not hesitate to contact this dealer again.
Could not have been better. Car was ready for us when we arrived at the dealership. Sales representative and finance manager were extremely helpful.
Dealer was nice and not pushy but for a very basic jeep, it was overpriced.
