spoke with sales several time throughout the day about a particular car. I called just before I left work so they could have the car ready. I got there only to find that the car was sold that morning.

The car as described. The place looked like a ghost town no customers at all. Low balled my trade and would not budge on price. The salesman was very thorough and helpful.
