Wright sales people and General Sales Manager were very accommodating and helpful.
Dealer responded within 24 hours. The car was under contract. She verified and emailed me a day later to let me know it was sold. She asked if there was anything else I wanted to see and invited me to the store.
The dealership contacted me. Unfortunately, due to time constraints and distance, I was not able to follow up with a test drive. They did email a few times to work with me.
I received an email after I inquired about a car online stating the car was there but that's it when it comes to the professionalism! I went the next morning to see the car and No one came out to greet me. I could not find the car I saw on CarGuru even after they told me the previous evening it was in their lot. Typical canned email response. No salesman ever called me.
This is the WORST place. Employees were not knowledgeable about their inventory. The person who greeted me at the door asked me if I were at the right place b/c he doesn't know if the vehicle is there. Seriously, you are asking me? You work here. Next, the salesman says I'm not usually here. I don't know much about the car or if it is here. Finally, took car for drive. Loved vehicle.
