Overall, good experience. Drove from out of town, made an appointment to meet with a store manager. I was able to email a few questions priors to driving up and they were quick to respond. We were lucky to be there on a slow evening, received plenty of assistance. Our sales rep, Leon, was great, very easy to work with. If you are buying a used vehicle, watch out for the warranty-- if it's 7 years or older OR over 70,000 miles, they will only sell as-is with NO kind of warranty. I went to Pittsburgh Wright Automotive shop. The staff is very coll and calm understand the things and gives more time to understand the customer request. And test drive with Larry Saon also fun part. He also dropped me at my place while going home. Even though I have not purchased any thing, but in future or friend I would recommend this dealer.
Wright responded quickly. They returned the call again when they discovered the RAV was not available, saving me a long drive. I didn't deal with them, but I appreciated their honesty.
They were very nice and fast to e-mail and call. If the SUV would have been a year newer and AWD I would have got my car with them, this dealer is a lot closer to my home.
