Well this is not my 1st Vehicle I brought off wright dealership 1st vehicle i brought was a 2009 and Malibu I had it for 6 years with no problems hopefully the same things goes with the Jeep Cherokee I brought off them
They did not get back to me but we went to look at it any way. The vehicle had scratches all over the entire body so, we didn't even test drive it.
After looking for a new Yukon, I actually ended up buying this one. I'm very happy with it, and after doing my own research on the Yukon's value based on years, miles, accessors, etc; I felt it was reasonably priced. I had a good experience with the dealership. I had multiple calls/ emails from them before I even went to test drive it. They offered me a reasonable amount for my trade in also.
The salesman was more interested in looking at his cell phone, didn't seem interested in even talking to us or even offer to take the vehicle for a test rise.?We traveled over 100 miles round trip and will never go back or even recommend this dealership to anyone.
It was a great exoerience. No pressure and the salesman was understanding of what I wanted and found it for me.

Sales rep and business manager good guys. Negotiations with the wizard is why I dislike going to large car dealerships. Purchasing the vehicle took nearly 3 hours. Sales rep came in on his day off to attend to me. I had my wife and 5 year old with me. I was the only customer and 90% of staff were in meetings. Sales rep attempted to get a manager to assist but not successful until meeting was over. Not his fault. Apparently meetings more important than customer. Did not feel very welcome.
