David was extremely helpful when I took my mobility scooter to him. He sorted it and gave me two bolts that mine was missing, and didn’t charge anything. Highly recommend

On two day break to Bishop Auckland from Otley disaster struck . Bolt fell out of Paul's wheelchair. Knight in shining armour to the rescue . Bolt replaced with smile ( and free) . Thanks to Wright Mobilty Services Ltd . Great Service . Maybe see you later in Tapas bar.

UPDATE: I didn't see it but apparently there was a note on the door saying they were closed due to having to attend an appointment. All I can say is that I didn't see the notice - maybe I was just blind, or maybe it wasn't very clear? Can't really say. To be fair I'm going to up the review to 4 stars (I could just delete the review but that wont help if others have seen it) and give them the benefit of the doubt. i found myself needing a new seat base for my sisters scooter so went to see Wright Mobility. My part arrived quickly & he even fitted it for me without charge. nothing is to much trouble, very kind, friendly & professional. i will not hesitate to use their services again . If you have any mobility needs be sure to give him a visit.
