Arranged to view property, no email received with details, rang prior to viewing to be told application now on property. Did not have decency to contact us to inform of this, very unprofessional.
I rented a property through Jo at Wright Lettings and vacated the property over 2 months ago now and am still yet to receive my deposit back. There has since been someone else moved into the property. During my time there i was left without a working tap in my bathroom sink, mould on the walls and holes in the roof. These were all reported several times, but never fixed. Jo and her team were very professional from start to finish. The team at Wright's letting agents go above and beyond what is expected, making the whole process of letting very easy. We wouldn't consider using any one else. No wonder they have won multiple awards.
I was bitterly disappointed in the service I received from Wrights Lettings. I rented a property in Hassall, Sandbach from 2020-Dec 2022. Jo repeatedly failed to follow up on maintenance issues. This left me living with black mould covering the walls in my bedroom for 18 months, this was later found to be caused by a leaking roof.
