I have a 2013 Acura ilx the starter went out on it so I called this company for an appointment in order to approve the actual repair they needed to call my warranty company Unfortunately a week had passed since the initial diagnosis and I had not received any coommunications so I had to call myself just to get the process started and so today they were supposed to fix it but denied repairing my car and so if I could rate them zero I would DO NOT LET THEM WORK ON YOUR CAR IF THEY EVEN SHOW UP IN THE FIRST PLACE GO LITERALLY A... read more
The whole company is a complete disgrace to mobile mechanics around the country. CEOs that don’t care about what direction their business is headed. Screwing customers. Screwing technicians. Charging dealer prices while paying contractors what they feel is appropriate like they are employees or something. The company and its owners are a complete joke. They fail to respond to requests and uphold their duties.
As a woman who struggles with anxiety around auto shops, especially after working in them and seeing how customers who don’t know much about cars are often treated, I was hesitant when my fiancé found this company online. Replaced by battery in less than 10 minutes and then gave me a great quote on a brake replacement. Easy to schedule and reasonably price. Probably just going to start calling them for regular service and maintenance.
This was a wonderful experience , and I will be using them again. Plus they were cheaper then 3 auto repair places I called.
