I popped in to the clinic yesterday to enquire about travelling to Amsterdam and what tests were needed. The young lady at Reception with a clip board was incredibly friendly and ever so helpful in assisting and I'm grateful for this. Many thanks
Friendly and efficient service. Slightly unclear directions but trick is to wait on the first (not ground) floor and someone from Wren periodically checks the lobby.
Brilliant service with test results in 15min. We didn't know what to expect having not done this before but Wren Healthcare Orpington had the most positive reviews. And after reading other testing centres reviews with horror stories of lost or delayed results we chose them. We only needed an antigen test for our travel destination and booked 2 appointments for our family of 4 at 9am and 10am. Amazing service. Got my results back in 18 hours. Very professional, highly recommended.
50% of our PCR test carried ok results returned by 10.30am next day. One test did not return , having to chase it up at 18.50 causeing so much stress. But happy outcome as refund of 50% after many emails.
