Completely incompetent - DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE I ordered expensive planters and these were not delievered to me.
They don't answer the phone; an American voice kicks in - too quickly- to say they're "experiencing high call volumes". Yawn. Also - read the 1star reviews on Trust Pilot before ordering. For now, I'm reserving judgement. If they deign to answer the phone, I'll review my review.
Very poor customer service, delivery was late and confusing as they only sent part of an order. 4 out of the 10 fence panels were damaged and even though i provided photos they just told me to fix it myself and get on with my day. Extremely poor customer service and quality, will not purchase again, you are better choosing someone else when it comes to willow fences. Shameful.

No Issues, easy to navigate website. Fast delivery, the planter was well packaged and good quality
