Joshua knowledge goes far beyond just physical. He has an incredible understanding of how the body works chemically, energetically, and structurally, and he brings it all together in his treatments. I'm very grateful for the care, awareness and insight he offers- it's making a real difference. Eddie

Dean has a gentle and direct approach and will attend the core of the problem - not just the symptoms. Highly recommend. It goes with no say the pain disappeared.

Went to see Dan after aggravating a hamstring whilst cycling a few months earlier. Dan diagnosed the problem immediately and guided me through a weekly programme which had the pain subsided when riding after just a few weeks and barely noticeable not long after that, whilst also upping the length and intensity of my riding. The rehab was perfectly paced with each week's exercises building on the previous week's with ease.

From the outset, Dan was caring, knowledgeable and understood me and my goals, beyond just moving normally again. More-so, he is one ... read more

Took our daughter there with long-term unexplained hip pain that the NHS couldn't diagnose / treat. Very promptly seen to by a highly professional and approachable team - resulted in my daughter leaving the session basically 'fixed', which she's maintained for weeks after (PNF stretch effectively reset her pain threshold after she took an injury months ago - this granted her the mobility to rebalance muscles that had started to atrophy since she'd been 'protecting' her hip from pain). Highly recommend.
