Within 24 hours of posting a faecal sample from our tortoise, the sample had arrived at Wormcount's laboratory and been examined; the presence of worms detected, the species identified, and the result relayed back by e-mail to me, together with advice as to what action to take next. So grateful for the people at wormcount, I initially bought a test for one of my mourning geckos but the samples I sent in weren't enough for a result as she unfortunately passed away before I could get a good sample. I booked a test for my cat for toxoplasmosis as I was worried that he might have it and that I could contract it from him. I emailed enquiring about the test/service and received a response the very next day. Charlotte from wormcount responded and was so warm, kind, knowledgeable, and really put me at ease!
