My 3rd time here, never disappointed - away from the hustle and bustle, but still close to everything, especially with the free shuttle to the main strip (Monte Carlo) and/or the free valet parking at the bigger casinos. The grounds are well-kept, staff very friendly, and we made FULL use of the Lazy River pool!
Amazing resort! Always fun to stay here and play in the 9 pools. The staff here is top notch!
It's a beautiful resort. We weren't bothered to do an owner update. There wasn't a grill on the large balcony so I called the front desk and they brought up a nice electric one. Lots to do in Vegas and I appreciate that this one is a few miles from the strip because everything is nearby but it's quiet.
This location is one of my favs...spent the holiday weekend here for my daughter's wedding..and the weather was great compared to many times coming to Vegas in the summer time. Only complaint this trip, on the last day the air condition was not cooperating..maintenance made two trips to fix the problem but all in all had a fabulous stay and time..
When we first came here the air conditioner was broken for the first night. We spent the first night so uncomfortable, sweating in a 87 degree room. It was fixed the next afternoon. Worst sleep as we kept waking up throughout the night. Then a few nights later I felt something run across my foot as I was sitting in the living room. I figured it was a spider. I always enjoyed my stay here. I really love this place .if I have to come back yes definitely I will come back here to stay.
Absolutely unimpressed with this resort!! Water is un drinkable. Our toilet has broken twice. And customer service is absolutely horrible. Would never stay here again.
