I got roped into a presentation.... It took 4 hours instead of the promised 2, the agent got extremely rude when I declined, wouldn't accept no for an answer, and on top of it all, they LIED and said I didn't have a complete tour, clocking me out 2 hours early!! Therefore, I didn't receive the promised incentives for sitting through the garbage speech! This is a rip off, and a very very very very bad life decision!!! I have never been treated so unfairly in my life. Save your time and your money. Complete ripoff!!!!
Penthouse Suite is a pleasure, every time. As always we enjoyed our stay.
Doesn't hold the standard of customer service or integrity of their staff as most Worldmark resorts. Such a shame in comparison.
Love it here, our home from home. Everything renovated, upgraded. Only problem is I'd rather take my own luggage to my room.
Had a great time with the family on my first trip to A.C. Everyone there was nice and helpful..
I thought the facility is great! The staff was also pretty helpful. The water pressure needed some attention, but thats no huge deal. The view from the balcony was awesome as well. The thing that gets me is the "Owner Update Presentation". We should habe turned that down the minute they dangled paying for our valet the whole stay and $100 dinner. Kerri (I think thats her name) was great and talkative, but had attitude and left us sitting by ourselves many times during the 60 min presentation, turned 2 1/2 hours. Im a corpora... read more
I give Sea Gardens a 5+ stars. Beautiful room facing the pool. Friendly people. Rained yesterday nice today.
