Put us on the 4th floor in a building with no elevator and we had a wheelchair. The building we were suppose to be in is being renovated and we did not find out the building was closed until we arrived at the resort. Had to find another place to stay
RecommendedI will never go anywhere else..I expected it to b nice but it was beyond my expectations...I love this place.on a scale of 1 to 10 I give it a 20
To start things off we found blood on the bed. It took them 16 hours to get us a different room. They are worst

The hot tub was cold, didn't get no time in there while me and my husband anniversary. I'm usually happy, and happen to be my favorite places in Vegas. This time was not happy.
Well what can't say about it for over twenty years to me it's like staying in home
Nice resort with many amenities and awesome staff. I was sad we didn't get a chance to swim in the lazy river as it was drained and the main pool areas waterfall hot tub was beautiful but cold due to a problem with their heater. Besides that, we had a great time. My favorite park was their market. The staff there was funny and very accommodating plus they make great shaved ice treats!
