Been a member since 10/1999 and I have never been disappointed nit one time.
Horrible customer service! We were told that their breakfast was 90 minutes and when we told them we had to be out of there right on the 90 minute mark due to prior commitments, our presenter completely stopped talking to us! Crossed his arms, shook his head, tapped his foot and wouldn’t even look at us. We didn’t know what to do until a different gentleman finally came and talked to us. He too, wasn’t very nice but at least we got our $20 deposit back. We felt unwelcome the rest of our trip. Would never recommend this place... read more
Absolutely love it here! They only have one entrance which has a gate guard 24/7, the staff is extremely friendly, the property is very clean... It's just an overall great experience here. They have a shuttle that will take you down to the strip every hour on the hour and will pick you up every hour on the half hour but... I mean to how could you do wrong with that.
Very clean and bright and nice employees our room is wonderful and the pool and arcade room and laundry room is a plus never had that experience and to wash clothes free and set up of deluxe room is perfect and view amazing I will be coming back
The place is good for the family
Great place. Rooms large & clean. Quite & Relaxing. Staff very friendly & helpful, everyone with big smile on their faces. Love the lazy river & playgroud for the children. Wonderful family place in Las Vegas
