Awesome staff very friendly and eager to make sure we had everything we needed. The only disapointment was no grill on patio and no arcade for the kids like most of the locations I have stayed at. The friendly staff quickly brought us a standing electric grill along with a pack and play for my sisters little one. Thank you worldmark staff!! You are awesome keep up the great work.
Someone within Wyndham cancelled our reservations without our knowledge, didn't know about it until we tried to check in. Waiting an hour and still nobody has done anything to fix it! Currently someone else is in what should be our room.
Been coming here for 5 years and love it! Beautiful atmosphere, nice condos, staff is wonderful, and many accommodations..
Sooooo disappointed, service at the gifting table was just horrible first mistake they made was not giving me an opportunity to go to the upgrade meeting and then they couldn't give me a reason why I could not go they said I had to call corporate or I could email...wth!! Ok so I get over that, not much I could say or do ,but I did tell the front desk people I was very disappointed in their NOT being able to give me an answer to my why?? My family has stayed here before & liked it. This time our check in was held up for nearly an hour. Because we did not want to attend an "owner's update" i.e. let us sell you $10,000 more credits. NO MEANS NO!!! This is the 3rd time we have stayed here and the 2nd time in a row that we have felt harassed in the future we will be looking for WorldMark locations that don't offer "owner updates"... getting tired of WorldMark by Wyndham...
Have always been treated well here. Great place to stay
