When I got here they had our reservations wrong. They gave me keys to another persons room so I walked in with their belongings ( laptops, purses, bags etc) still in the room! I then had to explain to the manager what was going on because their front desk check in lady kept talking over me. Saying no big deal. Finally as we get to our room I decided to make lunch for my children and the stove tops don't work. So we ordered pizza! Then I went to wash the dishes in the dish washer and it also doesn't work. This is a great place to relax, unwind and enjoy with friends and loved ones. Services is excellent, rooms, amenities as well as the garden are well maintained and very clean.
Love this place just a little to far from the strip but still 5 Stars
Better than having your own apartment. Staff are great and are there to any issues.
