We had leaks in the ceilings of our room. Had to make numerous calls to get something done. The young lady that checked us in had an attitude problem. Probably won’t stay there again.
I have not even arrived at this place yet. I had emailed the general manager with some questions and requests as we are mobility limited senior citizens on Monday. Today is Friday, he still has not responded. We are due to arrive there next Wed. I wrote to the executive owner care specialist to help facilitate the process so that I can have answers to information I need to know. She has not responded either. What a rotten way of treating long time owners!

Love it, spacious and have everything you need BUT we travel with a group of 5 and only 2 if us allowed to have WiFi. Not liking it. Really????
