Manager Michael Cruz really took care of us and made sure we had a good time. That you again Michael Cruz!
Arrived November 27 for 9 nights. Had no hot water in the master ensuite, we did tell them but apparently not an easy fix. Also the kitchen had no hot water, they only needed to change the taps, but the whole block would have no water while that was done. So the next owners will have the same problem. 5 of us using the main bathroom to shower. Found the beds really hard. All in all it wasn't bad just disappointed that we couldn't have a hot shower. Found the staff not so friendly considering other experiences we have had.
It's a nice resort. My only complaint is the sales staff can't seem to understand "not interested" means I'm not interested and not call me in a few days to offer a "Free gift". I'm here on vacation and not here to be pestered by sales even just to get a parking pass. My perspective is give me my parking pass so I can get my vacation started. It's perfectly ok to ask if I want to attend a sales meeting or owner update, however you want to brand it, but, once I say "NO" that's it. Drop the sales pitch and give me my damn park... read more
