Always clean, friendly staff, covered parking for the motorcycle �
Not what it use to be...dirty windows. Soiled sofa. Also how come as a member you can not get a room at any of the resorts, but you can through a booking site...why buy from company?
The stay started real good. check in was fast and easy. After the 3rd day we had issues. I called for a grilled and it took them 3 hours to bring one. I called for extra bath towels and bathroom tissue and it took them an hour and a half . To make it worse they kept hassling me for a breakfast meeting. the sales guy was rude and didn’t even introduce himself. The view of the ocean deserves a star otherwise I would have given 1. You could not pay me enough to stay at this hotel again, believe me they tried with the Sales pitch we were forced into directly after check-in, and were ridiculed for not going. It should better communicated that this is a timeshare property and if you don't own one you will be hounded to buy a time share with them. The elevators take a very long time, and the Jacuzzi tub leaks. We were soo annoyed with our stay, and by far not relaxing.
The sales staff have always been very pushy and rude here, I hate that part of coming to this resort! Trick I learned is just tell them your going to there stupid high pressure sales presentation and schedule it for the 2nd to last day your staying there and just dont show up for ut! Of course they charge you $20 deposit for your spot but in my opinion it's the best $20 I wasted to not be hassled the rest of my stay! The Resort itself is nice and the staff are very friendly!
