They were very helpful!!!!! World Realty has been very helpful throughout my lease term. Our unit was not cooling properly so the maintance department said there is nothing wrong with your ac unit...but what if i got some celing fans installed, i said ok and now my unit is so much cooler. Everytime I have called up there they are always very polite and when I go in they always welcome me. We have been with World Realty and I would recommend this company to anyone that needs a place to stay.
Would Never Do Business Again I rented a dumb from this company, they charged an arm and a leg. Then my rental agreement was up and I vacated the house they tried to charge me for a buch of bogus repairs they should have made when we lived in the home.
