Theft and Fraud I am tenant who has always paid my rent on time and this month they "mysterously" lost the money orders for my rent. I now have to request a stop payment on my money orders and have them reissued at a fee that I will have to pay. World Realty has the nerve to say that I am now subject to a $250 dollar late fee, plus facing an eviction proceeding. BE VERY LEARY I would really be VERY leary of having WR leasing my house out. We just moved out of a house that will be used for a rental because the owner was not patient enough to sell house after 3 months on market. We had several people come in and clean from top to bottom. We took pictures to prove it was clean. They brought in their own person to clean and charged an arm and a leg to the owner. Very pleased About to renew my lease. Very happy. Heat went out and was fixed in 2 hours. Every call i made for maintainance was answered immediately except one. It was eventually fixed and was not major to begin with. No one is perfect. As a renter, you have to be careful and picky. If you find something wrong with the property, don't sign a lease. unprofessional, liars,and time wasters, I tried to rent from world realty. one of the leasing agents was a liar and just waste my time. I'm relocating from a nother state and needed a home to rent for my family of 7. Took off of work to fly here because the agent said i had to be in her face to do a credit check, which is a lie. days before the agent said I could just send the application and the fee of 50$ and the deposit, and go from there. Horrible Company...BEWARE!!!! World Realty has made every effort to inconvenience us as previous renters. We had so many issues with teh home we rented, so many that they continued to lower the rent only after we screamed at them over and over. They dont even care about the properties they rent. They did major construction on the home we rented and did not give us any notice, forcing us to live in the home while MAJOR foundation repair was being done. RIP OFF - DO NOT RENT FROM Rented a 3-2-2 - was there 6 yrs - did not make repairs in timely manner. Left me w/ 2 children (one an infant) with no A/C for a week. No heat for over a week in winter! TXU bill jumped $100 bucks from BAD cracks. House was splitting in HALF LITERALLY! Owner wanted to sell house so they threw me out - had 30 days to find new place and get out. When I moved out - they charged me for BOGUS repairs and clean up charges. HORRIBLE - WILL NEVER RENT FROM OR REFER TO EVER!!!!!!!!!!!
Property Management World Realty managed the property my mother occupies for over 20 years until it recently sold to an individual. I take care of my mother and have handled all issues with W.R. for many years. The staff is outstanding in customer service. They are responsive, will work on an issue until it is resolved and are courteous. They once even arranged to have a portable A/C put in my mother's duplex until an A/C part for her unit could be obtained.
