I got a solar system from this Company. It works fine, but i had some problems with my roof and contacted the world of solar maintenance line - they haven't responded after multiple calls and emails over several weeks. Total fraud, avoid

While I appreciate they have now gone into liquidation. A warning for future customers of any company set up by the directors. I could write a LOT about our experience with them, but I'll keep it brief: - Used pressure sales techniques with bogus deadlines to force us into a decision - Did not carry out a proper survey on our property and so did not allow for intracacies of our roof - Send the installation team with the incorrect parts. - Installation was very slapdash and looks awful - Left litter all over our garden - Neve... read more
More than two years have now lapsed since my installation on 25 August 2022 so I awaited before providing feedback upon reflection of the experience and claims of returns. I had a 4.8kW system with a Growatt battery (6kW) and inverter. I was unsure what kit I was getting as it had changed so many times from order to installation due to 'shortages from China'.
