great experience in the actual shop - they managed to fit the flooring fairly quickly ( within a week ) however we noticed they had left nails and all sorts under the flooring and not even a year later and some of the flooring is coming up already - the thing they put down to stop attach the front room floor to the kitchen is coming up and we’ve had to put it down ourselves so not very pleased with the so called professional and defo overcharged us

The carpets here are really good quality and you can find really good bargains. We had all of our house done whith carpets from here.

Great service as usual. Fitter arrived on time, polite, friendly and tidy. Would recommend to all.

Excellent advice from staff. Disappointed with fitter. Rooms were emptied and freshly painted a couple of weeks before carpets were fitted. Only one fitter turned up. Minor damage to wall and skirting’s. Left off cuts of carpet all over carpets all over carpet laid and nothing was cleared or tidy. Messy fitter. On saying that had our stairs and hallway carpeted and fitted a couple of years ago and service and fliers were excellent.
