Had kev come out to measure was very polite measured 4 windows paid deposit was told 5-7 weeks then after 9 weeks came in wrong colour was promised a discount of £250 which was ok then we was promised they will come in 2 weeks after 2 weeks still no show so asked for a refund which we received would never recommend to anyone

Great blinds, price & service!
Surprised by all the good reviews here, my experience was anything but good. We booked an appointment as requested and turned up on time, having waited to come when on annual leave, as showroom is not open at the weekend. My husband and I were greeted by a gentleman in glasses, who didn't look pleased to see us. He said no one had told him what we wanted , so he said we could view the catalogues and if we wanted a price we would have to call again and book another appointment, he promptly left us to it.
