if THIS is an example of “service” before the sale, hate to see what after looks like. texts from a week ago. no, i didnt bother to reply, silly me, was expecting an apology and follow up. never heard another peep. husband and i were PREPARED TO BUY!

Go anywhere but here. They will lie to you and don't care if you do business with them or not. Can't trust anything they tell you. I doubt they even honor their life-time warranty. Probably another scam to get you to buy a car.

My vehicle has been there for 19days awaiting a warranty approval for repair. I get no phone calls, texts or emails with status updates. I have to drive in in person to get any sort of info. I am in contact with corporate Hyundai to find out what is going on but they are not being helpful either. I am told someone, somewhere is investigating my issue and my patience is appreciated. At 19 days I'm about out of patience.

I walked their grounds for well over an hour yesterday and made eye contact with quite a few employees and not one offered assistance. They lost a guaranteed sale.
