In my 3 years of owning this vehicle, I have had NO issues what so ever besides the seat. And after leaving this shop, I had many in a matter of just 2 days…. Last Monday I took my 2014 Tucson Limited into the service department because the driver’s seat was failing to move up and down. Later that day, I received a call that a seat motor would be ordered and was covered under my warranty. I'm just wondering what your turn around time on contacting someone is. I got a recall notice on my car and tried to make an appointment to bring it in. I was told that the service manager would have to contact me, that was over a month ago, still no call, ended up going to one of your competitors who fixed the recall. You claim customer service is your number one policy, I guess that customer service ends when you get the signature on the contract. your dealerships are a joke and your service is even worse.
