Once again the service department doesn't have all its ducks in a row. I've had my car a year and a half and every oil change there has been some kind of issue. Till this day I still haven't received my first car wash or floor mats. Was told yesterday that it has been to long for me to get them but I've complained since I got the car. I will not be returning here and won't be recommending this place to anyone.
Worst customer service I have ever received in my life had a car picked out ready to purchase all I asked for was the purchase order to turn in to my bank so I could get them to cut a check and they refused to give me one gave me a post it note to give my bank with the cost of the car no other info I left right then and there told the sales man I would never buy a car from them after that not to mention the 45 minutes they made me wait trying to get me to let them run my credit after I repeatedly told them my bank had alread... read more

I'm particularly surprised by these positive reviews. Purchased a vehicle from a private party and never received the wheel lock key. Called World Car Hyundai South not knowing that there was a north and they were friendly and more than willing to help me out free of charge. Realizing there was one far closer to my home I requested the same and was quoted.....wait for it.....$115. I could take it to near any auto service place in the city and pay a FRACTION of that. We had an excellent experience with Devan at World Car Hyundai. He is a bright young kid and a great salesperson. He took us all over the lot trying to find a car to fit our needs. He was willing to work with us to upgrade a vehicle that we liked but didn't have all the features on it that we wanted. He followed up with us but wasn't pushy. Unfortunately we did not find the car we were looking for at that location but would definitely go back in the future when we are in the market again. Thanks Devan for all your hard work!
