Will never purchase another vehicle from them again. Since our purchase nothing but trouble with our vehicle and they won’t make the situation right. Very disappointing.
I came to World Car back in April as a prospective returning customer, unfortunately Bill S. lost my business to Red McCombs. It was a very difficult time as I was in a bad accident and I couldn’t afford the offer. Bill would not stop calling me week after week after I told him once my car was totaled out I would come to purchase a car. Worst customer service I’ve ever had at a dealership. The Finance team implied several times I don’t know math, all the while I’m holding my breath because his hygiene was definitely lacking. The Finance Manger told me it’s ok to come back knowing he was right and to not be embarrassed when I didn’t agree to the numbers he provided. Bought our car here a year and a half ago,. Come in for scheduled oil changes, usually done in a timely manner! Today I arrived at 7:00am, over an hour ago . I’m fine! I have to be!

March 16th, i was in an accident and my car was totaled. We had a rental for 7 days in which we needed to find and buy a vehicle. I wanted a jeep or a truck.
