!!AVOID THIS PLACE!! Although my salesman was wonderful, their customer service is HORRIBLE. We already had our financing through our bank but they stated they had to run our credit again in order to purchase the car and that it would not go against our credit score. It did go against our score so we ended up with 2 dings on our credit. Three week wait time to have my vehicle diagnosed, and the service department has had it a week and only received a minimal update after calling for three days to request it.
It looks like you removed my last review regarding how poorly I rated this "dealership." Start treating people right and your dismal rating may recover.
Service opens 7am, I arrived 625am. Parked on left lane service entry. Car 2 arrives 640am, parks in left lane. When they open the garage door guess what my lane is blocked, I end up second in line and wait 15 minutes for someone to even take my information for a simple oil change.
Engine light came on for my 2019 Hyundai Kona. Promptly made an appointment the next morning at 7AM Wednesday. I received two text notifications letting me know "I can text anytime" to communicate about my vehicle. I requested an oil change to be done. No follow up text...I didn't think too much of it. Brought home my dream car today. I've been looking over a year. When I found the one I wanted Javier Gonzalez and Scott Townsend went out there way sending me picture, and videos of my car. Buying my car was the only decent experience I had because the car salesman was pretty nice but after that every time I’ve been here has been horrible. Im 21 and when I have gone without my mom they just make me feel like an idiot instead of being helpful and teaching me about things dealing with my car. DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE FOR MAINTENANCE! THESE GUYS DO NOT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING. THEY ARE CROOKS, HUSTLING THE PEOPLE FOR WHATEVER MONEY THEY HAVE. GANGSTERS.
