This is literally the worst car dealership in the world and I do not even have to travel the world to know. Absolutely terrible service and the car ran out of gas and the battery was dead during a new test drive. The short, old salesman with glasses kept cutting us off so we left. We will take our business elsewhere! Also, the place is so dirty!!
World car has horrible business practices. My company has purchased 8 vehicles from them over the years and have been very loyal to them even when they've had us wait for hours on end to get things done when we've had an appointment. But this last interaction was the last straw. We made a deal with them to purchase a vehicle for $17,450. We went back and forth with getting the paperwork completed. Our sales rep Javier G. was the handler over a recent vehicle purchase process for us. After this company proved to be about as transparent as a brick wall with our application status, we received mailed notification from our bank that there was a counter offer available that we were not informed of by our sales rep. We went in to purchase a vehicle and were told that the “optional” appearance package was only “optional” if we utilized their financing. Their financing has a 6.9% interest rate compared to the 1.9% we were offered by USAA. We were utilizing USAA for financing and the sales manager(s) refused to remove the “optional” charges. They are a part of the USAA car buying program so I made sure to notify USAA of their practices in regards to buyers that are utilizing USAA financing.
